Refunds
We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference. Items that are damaged, marked or found to be manufacturing error is acceptable and new item in good condition or other item with same purchased value will be send back to the customer.
Please fill in Return Form and you must contact us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products. Our return policy is only applicable for defective and damaged item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

7 days from arrival of package for overseas delivery.

Cancellation by Customer (Faulty Product)
All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising. Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact us and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement. Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as possible.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
